I just placed
my order. When will it arrive?
Continental U.S. orders ship twice a week from Kansas by UPS
ground, allowing for a 24-hour turnaround time. The average shipping
time is four business days. International orders may take up to five
business days to process before shipping.
I don’t have a credit card. How else can I
order?
All bookstore orders must be prepaid. You may send a check or money
order to the following address: Florists' Review, P.O. Box 4368, Topeka,
KS, 66604. Include your address information and the names of the books
you wish to order with your payment. We are also able to offer "check by
phone" service for those with active checking accounts.
I’m a wholesaler. Can I get special pricing?
Special pricing is available for those purchasing multiple quantities of
the same book. Contact our wholesale account representative, Charlotte
Pittman at

I really need these books! Can I get
expedited shipping?
Our books usually ship twice a week. We are not always able to
ship books the same day, but we can offer 2-day or 3-day shipment rates.
These rates are the current UPS prices for shipping by weight to your
zone. You may ask for faster shipping using the “comments” line on your
order form, but we do require authorization of the shipping cost before
we will process the order. Please include a daytime phone number for
fastest service.
The website won’t let me place the order.
What should I do?
Some software does not interact well with our secure server. You may FAX
the order to us at
785-266-0333. Please include a copy of the error message so we can
continue to upgrade our system and make it easier for you to use. You
may also call our toll-free number 800-367-4708.
