Easy to create, these custom ribbon-covered spheres exude designer
appeal.
A bowl of textured orbs is
a popular home accent, and this trendy update adapts to any
decorating scheme with different choices of ribbons. A crazy-quilt
effect is created with various plaid ribbons in differing widths.
The edges of the ribbons are pressed into plastic-foam spheres using
a knife or scoring tool. Monobotanical spheres of fresh carnations,
billy buttons and button spray chrysanthemums transform the
collection into a contemporary floral centerpiece.
