made for Mom

Easy custom design
touches personalize arrangements for every type of mom.
Designs by Talmage McLaurin, AIFD
Perfect for a mom who handcrafts, this patchwork-inspired arrangement
features bits and pieces of ribbons and fabrics in a variety of
patterns. Each square, which is cut with pinking shears to prevent
unraveling, pulls colors from the flowers to the vase. These vases can
be prepared in advance and ensure a use for scraps of ribbon. To
complete the design, a small hand-tied bouquet is simply dropped into
the vase.
MATERIALS: ‘Idole’, ‘Sweet Candia’
and ‘Cool Water’ roses and ‘Yellow Babe’ spray roses from Royal Flowers;

Flowers; plastic cube from Del Rey
Plastics Corporation; ribbon from Lion Ribbon Company; fabric
from local crafts store; Tack 2000 spray adhesive from Design Master
