wedding
something blue
Just two
varieties of flowers make a dramatic statement in this monochromatic
bouquet.

Ideal
for a bride who loves a modern look but seeks the simplicity of a
minimal selection of flowers, this sophisticated composition beckons
wedding guests to admire it. Radial placements of grape hyacinths (Muscari)
provide a shower of texture as they create a collar around pale blue
Hydrangea florets.
To design this
bouquet, first arrange the Hydrangea blossoms in a tufted manner close
to the surface of the decorative bouquet holder’s floral-foam cage. Then
arrange Muscaris around the perimeter of the nosegay in several levels
to create a “fringy” collar. Finish by arranging discarded Muscari stems
to create the illusion that they are intersecting the mound of
Hydrangeas.
